NingXia Jello
Summer is here! It’s the perfect time to lounge by the pool, head to the lake or beach and enjoy the rays on your skin. But, stay hydrated, stay fueled and make it fun! Contributor Lexy is here today to share her favorite NingXia Jello recipe for you!
Here’s all you need:
2 cups of liquid (juice)
2-4 oz of Ningxia Red
2 tbs grass-fed gelatin
9x9 Pyrex or baking pan
You start by taking roughly 2/3 of the juice and bringing to just under a boil. With the other 1/3 of the juice, add in the gelatin and then added it to the pot. I stir continuously until there are no clumps.
Remove the mixture from the heat and add 2-4 oz of Ningxia Red. Pour into pan. I lined mine because I’m not sure what the material is, but you can just use a glass pyrex.
Note: You can make these using 100% Ningxia too!
Set it in the fridge and let it cool for at least 2 hours before serving! You can cut them into squares or use cookie-cutters to make fun shapes like we did in the 90s!
