a new roller recipe you'll want to have in case you already don't! using all starter kit oils, this is perfect for achy muscles, little ones with growing pains, head tension, joints and cramps... you name it!
15 drops peppermint
15 drops lavender
15 drops panaway
20 drops valor
Top with carrier oil of your choice in a 10ml roller and enjoy. be mindful to steer clear of eyes as this does use "hot" oils.
