1. Put your phone in do not disturb mode so you are not distracted by alerts or texts.

2. Go to bed 15 minutes early to give yourself time to relax & unwind.

3. Sound machines aren't just for babies, a low hum of a fan or white noise can help you fall asleep & stay asleep.

4. Keep your room at a cool temp.
