DIY: Sea Salt Spray for Hair
This DIY sea salt spray is one of my FAVORITE oily DIYs. I use this spray daily to add texture to my natural waves for an effortless, beachy look and also to set my curls on those fancier days. 💁🏼♀️
It is far less expensive than pre made sea salt sprays and it is made with ingredients that actually support and nourish my hair. Can’t ask for much more!
One of the secret ingredients is Young Living’s Mirah Lustrous Hair Oil. This hair oil is infused with Abyssinian, Monoi Camellia and Argan oils. It helps to minimize frizz and flyaways and also restores the healthy appearance of damaged hair.
To make your own, combine the following in a 4 oz. spray bottle:
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt (you can use more or less depending on how much hold/texture you are wanting)
6 droppers of Mirah Lustrous Hair Oil
12 drops Lavender
12 drops Cedarwood
12 drops Rosemary
Top with warm distilled water & shake well
